“Let me go!“ Aurora screamed while struggling against Luca’s old as she stated at me with fear in her eyes.
“Td like to speak with her, D**n. Please My mother utterell and I sighed before moving out of the way,
Laica slowly lifted her up so she was kneeling down and facingveryone.
“Why did you try to kill me?” My mother questioned and Aurora scoffed.
“Because I needed you to reach my goal, If you all turned your back on Clara, she would be gone and I’ll finally have Damon all to myself” She told us and I could finally see what kind of a man person she was.
“So what Clara said was true? You were the one who made my mother sick in the first place just so you could remain relevant in my life?” As soon as I said that, they all gasped in shock. My mother looked like she was about to cry while my father seemed to be holding back his anger just like I was.
“You have no idea what I can do just to make you mine, Damon. I love you more than that bitch could ever…” Before she could complete her sentence, I punched her across the cheek, not caring if she was a woman and I was going to do so much
more.
“I’m going to have fun killing you” I muttered as I straightened up and she was quiet for a while before she started laughing like a maniac.
“You cannot deny the fact that you used to love me before, Dammon. I mean you turned on your own brother because of a lie I told, you all did and why is that? Because you loved me. You can deny it all you want but I was your first love, not her! You will always belong to me!” She screamed and I frowned.
Dimitri hadn’t raped her and I… how could I have been so blind to believe her over my own blood?
“You lied against my brother? Why?” Delilah questioned and she rolled her eyes.
“He was so head over heels in love with me, I just hated him for it. How could someone like him ever think of falling in love with me? He was pathetic and easy to use and I needed to get rid of him after he found out my secrets. It was so funny watching you all take my side over Dimitri’s and the fool didn’t say anything because he loved me” She uttered then began to laugh and my frown deepened as I clenched my fist.
“Where is Dimitri?” My mother questioned and I sighed.
“He’s with Clara. I sent her away because I didn’t want father or Delilah hurting her so he went with her. He should be heading towards the safe house. I’ll go get them after I’m done with this l**tic” I told them and Aurora suddenly began to giggle.
“Clara is with Dimitri? He has finally succeeded in getting her huh?” Aurora said, turning our attention to her.
“What do you mean by that?” I questioned as I took threatening steps towards her.
“You better not waste your time on me and go get your wife before she gets hurt” Aurora said to me and I immediately grabbed onto her face, digging my fingers into her cheek.
“What the ***k do you mean by that? Why would she be in trouble?” I questioned and she flashed me a devious smile.

She’s insane” Delilah pointed out and I knew she was but I had a bad feeling. “I’ll try calling him again and you all should do the same. Get me a car, Luca. I’ll go to the safe house myself” I muttered as I pulled out my phone. “What do I do with her?” Luca questioned and I halted then glanced down at an unconscious Aurora. “Give her to the guards and let them take turns in having their way with her but they shouldn’t kill her. I have to kill her myself” I ordered before walking out of the room as I dialed Dimitri’s number but like before, it kept going to voicemail. That b**d! If I caught him, I was going to have his head! “Have you gotten to him?” Delilah questioned from behind and I turned around and shook my head at her. “He isn’t picking up and Clara’s phone is switched off. I’ll have to go to the safe house myself and get her myself” I told her and she sighed. “I’m going to come with you. I almost pounced on my best friend and was ready to hurt her. If Luca hadn’t stopped me. then…” She trailed off but I understood what she meant. “I think I should come along too because I have to apologize to her for judging her so quickly. She probably hates me more than she already does now. I keep ruining my relationship with her” My father said as he walked up to us and I could see the guilt on his face. “You two seem to be forgetting that this is my wife we are talking about. She won’t be angry at both of you because your feelings were valid and all the evidence was pointing at her. While I on the other hand, she tried telling me the truth and asked me to trust her but I still doubted her even if it’s for a little bit, it still counts so I’ll go get her myself. You two should stay here and watch over mother. Don’t worry, I’ll bring her back safely” I assured them as I dialed Dimitri’s number again with little to no hope but was surprised when the call went through. “Dimitri, bring my wife back to me or I’m going to kill you” I growled into the phone as soon as I pressed it against my ear. “Don’t call me your wife. What? You want to kill me now instead of letting me go?” I froze instantly when Clara’s angry voice came through. “Baby…” “Don’t you dare call me that! Dimitri told you I was pregnant and you still sent me away? If you don’t care about me, at least be decent and care about your child! I hate you!” She screamed and as soon as she said that,my father and Delilah gasped beside me. “What?! Clara…” Before I could complete my sentence, she had already hung up. With shaky hands, I tried dialing the number back but it was switched off. I tried again but because of how shaky my hands were, the phone fell to the floor and shattered into pieces. “Damon, it’s going to be okay. We are going to go get her okay?” Delilah questioned softly as she wrapped her arms tightly around me but I could register a word she said.
