My head was buzzing from Queenie’s chatter.
Was she here just for gossip?
“Nothing happened. I, Luna Lawson, am still a virgin. Queenie, get out of my bedroom now. If you dare to say another word, I’ll hit you with my shoe.” I pointed at the door, hoping she would disappear from my sight and let me have some peace and quiet.
“But…” She seemed not to have heard my words as she pushed my hand down and continued digging.
“Why didn’t anything happen? You should feel like you’re on a honeymoon after being away for a few days. How was it possible that nothing happened on such a beautiful night? Any man would find it hard to resist.
“Lulu, are you sure it’s Mr. White who’s incapable?”
I felt like crying and hitting my head against the wall.
Why was it so hard to get some sleep?
It seemed like unless I told her everything, she was not going to let me sleep.
Alright, I would spill it so I could go to sleep sooner.
“We were halfway there when the professor called, saying there was an urgent meeting. So, he had to go,” I said with a hint of despair.

Now that I had explained the situation, she should leave me alone already, right? “That’s all?” Queenie widened her eyes, looking incredulously at me.
“That’s all. What are you expecting?” Why did she have so many questions? Just go away already!
“Alright, since you said so. You’re free to do whatever you want. Oh my, I’m so tired. I’m going to bed.”
She was finally going to sleep after torturing me with all her questions.
I felt really angry as I watched her leave my bedroom.
I wanted to bend her over and spank her ass with my shoe.
I lay in bed waiting for Colin to return until almost midnight. I didn’t know what the meeting was about, but it still hadn’t ended even after two hours. Talso didn’t know what the emergency was. Why did they have to work until so late? Couldn’t they do it tomorrow?
Feeling unhappy, I texted Colin to ask him how much longer it would take before he could come home.
After a while, he sent back a photo. Professor King was holding a pen in his hand gesturing something in the air. It seemed that he was talking animatedly, spitting his saliva
everywhere.
I was speechless looking at the photo.

“What time is it? That was such a long meeting.” I turned over and grumbled,
