Chapter 352
A live broadcast of the wedding banquet was playing in a room upstairs at the hotel.
Mark was stunned. “Since when was Zachary Kiki’s son?”
Ever since Xavier had returned to Tirion, he’d been meticulously ensuring Yvette’s safety. He told Mark it wasn’t stalking; rather, it was a measure of protection. That was why he had bodyguards recording Yvette and the others at the banquet downstairs. Mark could hear them loud and clear.
Xavier wasn’t surprised by Mark’s remark. It was quite normal for two best friends to “share” a son.
But “daddy”?
Since Zachary had mentioned the most powerful man in Tirion, Xavier wondered if he should make an appearance. Then again, he was blind now. Besides, even if Yvette and Kiki could share a son, they couldn’t possibly share a husband. Xavier had no intention of being another woman’s husband, either. He instructed Mark, “Go downstairs and take care of it.” Yvette’s friends were his friends; he couldn’t let his friends be bullied.
“Yes, sir.”
Back at the wedding banquet downstairs, the commotion at the entrance had caught the attention of all the guests, who were now watching the spectacle. Although Leonard was a stellar lawyer, he knew there was nothing money couldn’t solve. He was still reeling from Zachary’s words as he helped Olivia up. Olivia couldn’t believe Kiki had such an old child. Leonard and Kiki had been dating until a while back, but Kiki already had a child, whereas Leonard was just getting married.
The last time Olivia had seen Kiki was before the new year. She thought Zachary seemed about four years old, which meant that Kiki had had a child

while she’d been seeing Leonard.
“The most powerful man in all of Tirion? Your mommy is lying to you,” Olivia said mockingly, pointing at Zachary.
“Did your daddy abandon you? Is
that why your mommy’s clinging to Leonard? Let me make it clear now-my son won’t be anyone’s backup plan.” Her words were as harsh as they could be.
Zachary started to get anxious. When Yvette and Olivia had been arguing with each other, he’d called the male escort he’d hired, who’d
said that he’d be there soon. So why hadn’t he arrived yet?
At this moment, Mark reached downstairs. Hearing Olivia’s spiteful words first-hand made him furious. He was about to step in to handle the situation when he suddenly saw a familiar figure. He immediately halted in his steps. It seemed like there was no need for him to intervene.
“Am I not the most powerful man in Tirion?” Tristan strode in, dressed in a sharp Ittan suit and flanked by bodyguards. “Who said I abandoned my son?”
As he walked in, he almost lost his composure and stopped in his tracks the moment he saw Yvette. Why was she here?
Yvette was equally shocked to see Tristan. Hadn’t he already found out that Zachary wasn’t his biological son?
Kiki was even more bewildered. The man Zachary had found, who was more outstanding than Leonard, was… Tristan? Why him?
Leonard also recognized Tristan immediately, but Olivia didn’t. She asked, “Who are you?”
One of her one observant relatives
spoke up “Isn’t he Mr. Tristan Shaw,
who’s set to inherit the nation’s
largest medical institution?” Tristan had every right to claim he was the
most powerful man in Tirion.
Olivia was struck with fear when she heard that.
But Tristan didn’t look at her; he went straight to Kiki and took her hand. “I told you there’s no need to attend an ex-boyfriend’s wedding.
“Silly, you insisted on following etiquette, thinking it would be impolite not to attend after receiving an invitation. Now look at them; they’re not even showing you any courtesy.”
With Tristan holding her hand, Kiki suddenly felt a surge of strength and courage. A smile tugged at her lips. “I was too blind to see the truth.”
“Better late than never, right, son?” Tristan asked, looking at Zachary.
