A Punishment
Waking I look around, I’m in Jasper’s bed. I move and sit up, seeing the glass on the side. A note propped up in front of it.

Drink it all please, breakfast is in the kitchen, but I’m guessing it will be dinner not breakfast by the time you wake. Stay at mine if you want, I will be back around five. Make sure you drink plenty of water baby girl.
I smile at the note and drink the water, I throw on one of his shirts and walk through, grabbing the breakfast in the hot plates I cat. It’s nearly twelve, so he was right about dinner time. I spend the day on his sofa. watching crappy tv. Grateful for the peace and quiet though.
My phone rings and I answer.
“Baby girl, I’ll be back in about an hour with food.”
“Okay Daddy, I will wait for you.” I will, I need to go back to the hotel today, then call my dad as I forgot about little D again!
“Have you been drinking water baby girl?”
I glance at the bottles on the side.

“Yes, Daddy.” Shit, I forgot. I find his rules funny, but drinking water and eating well isn’t bad so I won’t complain.
“Good, send me proof, I want to see a picture of empty bottles.” He hangs up and I rush to the side, I begin to open the bottles and pour the water down the sink, after pouring one and a half out the door opens
and I freeze.
A Punishment
“Busted baby girl.” I glance over at him as he walks in with bags. Shit. “So, how many bottles did you really drink?” He looks at me waiting.
“Two Daddy.” Okay, none, I’ve had shit loads of coffee though!
“Really, what did the bottles say on the bottom?” He moves and grasps. the one in my hand stopping me from looking. I bite my lip and laugh. “Fine, I forgot but I drank loads of coffee, which contains water, so I technically drank water.” I grin at him, watching as he turns the bottle, under it is a sticky note, they all have them on the bottom.
“Now baby girl, why lie?” He looks at me amused.
“I thought you wouldn’t know.” I shrug slightly. He stands unimpressed. “I can’t be in trouble daddy, I drank water. Coffee, plus water it’s water just flavoured.” I grin and he groans.
“Get your ass over there now.” He looks at me unamused, and I walk to where he pointed. He moves and holds a penny against the wall. “Nose against the penny baby girl.” I do as he says.
“What is the purpose of this daddy? To show me how to use my nose?”
“You will hold it with your nose baby girl, you drop it I restart.” He grips my hips and pulls me so my ass is sticking out. “Six whips for lying, then trying to cover it up, then lying again and being a brat. You drop that penny, I start at one.”
I don’t get a chance to respond before the whip hits, I jump, forgetting about the damn penny and it drops. He places another in the same place and I hold it. Ten minutes later, I finally made it to six whips without dropping the penny, after dropping at least twenty.
I smile thinking about how much I want to be a brat more. He pulls me up, his arms wrapping around my body.

A Punishment
“We sit, eat and talk.”
Shit. “I don’t like that you said talk, Daddy.”
“It’s nothing bad, sit.” He points to the table as he puts food on the plates. Walking back to me he sits down. I feel anxious, maybe the talk is just because I was a brat and lied?
“What is the plan for when you go back home, baby girl? Does this end or continue?” He questions and I haven’t considered it, I just assumed after I left it was over. “Would you like this to continue baby girl? Don‘ t think about the complications, or how it works, just answer, would you want it to continue?”
I feel my head nodding. “I would, but how?” I don’t get how it can work, it will take hours to drive to me, or for me to drive here.
“Okay baby girl, are there any days you typically don’t work?”
“Monday and Tuesday I don’t work.” Which I know is awkward as most people don’t work on weekends. “I then work from nine until around one a.m. the other days.”
“Look, my biggest issue is your dad. But, I have my own businesses unliked to the clubs so he knows I leave to do work for them. So, I will say I’m opening a new location or something. Make him aware I’m busy Monday and Tuesday.”
I’m still not sure.
“Where do you live baby girl, this would be easier if you gave me your address. Then I can know how long is needed to get there and back.”
Sitting I don’t answer, if I tell him it will cause arguments I know for sure it will. He sits waiting and finally sighs.
A Punishment
“Baby girl, I don’t care where it is, but I’m going to find out anyway. What’s your plan, have me meet you at the club you dance at, blindfold me and take me home?” I chuckle at his suggestion, it isn’t bad. I know I need to tell him. Sitting I tell him the address and he writes it down. Which reminds me of last night, or rather this morning.
“Daddy.” He looks up at me confused. “This morning with my dad, did you really need to do that?” He smiles and winks. “It’s not amusing, not if he finds out what’s going on and then realises you were talking about me!”
“Baby girl, he won’t find out.”
“You can’t be sure, it’s come close before daddy. You pretty much went out with my cum all over your face, telling my dad I’m wild and delicious but someone better always comes along.” He isn’t wrong, someone better than me will come along. Then it ends, and for some reason that reality fucking hurts.
“Baby girl, if I acted differently he would question why, and ask more questions because he would want to know who was in the room that had me talking differently.” He grips my chin so I look at him. “No one better is coming into my life baby girl, even if someone did come in who you believed was better, I wouldn’t just throw you out.” He kisses. me, trying to reassure me but it’s bullshit.
“You threw away your submissives for me, and quick, so I don’t hold out hope Daddy that when a new Harley comes along you won’t upgrade me.” He will, he knows he will.
“Bullshit, you want to know how I know that baby girl?” He looks at me and I nod. “Because those submissives were not exclusive, those submissives knew it wasn’t exclusive, they knew I had other submissives with them. You’re the only one I ever agreed to have
exclusively.”
I want to continue arguing because I know I will be replaced, especially when I go home.
“Eat, I need to make a few business calls baby girl, then I will come back and we talk some more.” He kisses my cheek and walks off, sitting I eat, and consider how it can really work going back. It can’t work, Joel will follow, then what?
I forgot about Joel, and last night I forgot about Ivy, so now what? Sitting I consider it. Leaving and having Jasper there may help, Joel may just give up realising he can’t get to me so easily. I laugh at myself, Joel will never give up. He sees me as his, something he owns, and he aims to get me back under his control.
Fear
Sitting I consider it and Jasper walks back through. He sits and looks at me and I can see there’s another argument coming.
“Right baby girl, your place won’t do.”
I knew it, I sigh and stand, his hand reaching out to stop me.
“Don’t run, sit and listen. Where will my bike go? I can’t leave it on the street, not in that neighbourhood baby girl. There are no spaces local that are safe that I can leave it either.”
I want to argue but he’s right. I live in one of the worst.
neighbourhoods, I chose it because it was cheap and I knew Joel wouldn’t look for me there.
“So, take a look.” He slides papers across to me and I look, it’s an
apartment.
“I don’t want your money, Daddy.” He isn’t paying for the fucking place.
“Look, the way I see it baby girl, I am there Sunday to Wednesday, I should contribute. This is nothing, believe me, I would have rather had something better, but I put away my own feelings and accepted you would want to pay.”
“My place is fine.” My words are weak.
“Baby girl listen, I will pay for the first few month’s rent. Then we split it. I can’t expect you to pay for the place when I will be staying there as well. We want this to continue when you leave baby girl and your
place isn’t suitable.”
“Then we go to a hotel.”
“Baby girl, put your damn pride and stubbornness away. If we paid for a hotel it would work out more than the apartment. You realise that right?” He looks at me and I nod.
“I don’t do this Daddy, I don’t take help, I don’t want it.” I don’t, but he is right, my place isn’t right. “So I will agree, but going forward I pay the rent, regardless of what you think, I pay it all.” I can afford it, working at the club I have no issue with affording the rent on the new place.
“So I pay for the first few months then you?” He looks at me and I can sense he wants to argue but nods and accepts my deal. “Agree baby girl, now, I need to know, why are living there?” Great, more
questions.
“It was the cheapest place, I didn’t have a job.” I shrug and he laughs.
“Bullshit. The place is the worst, others are similar priced, but that place is quick and dirty for a reason, usually, it’s used by people who want to find somewhere to stay quickly and not have questions asked.”
I stare at him. “You don’t know that, you don’t know why I chose that place, Daddy, so don’t try and make out like you know. I had no money, I found a job in the area and it was the first place I found that I could afford.”
“I will forget it for now baby girl, but eventually these secrets will come back, then what?” He looks at me waiting, then I am dead. because I won’t survive Joel again, no way can I. “Baby girl you’re hiding something, I can see it but you refuse to let me in, why?”
11 114
“Because it’s my life, I don’t need anyone else to help me.”
“I didn’t say I would help, but telling me baby girl, surely that isn’t a bad thing?”
“Can we stop?” I stand not wanting to get into it. “My life is my life. Everyone comes and goes, so there is no way I’m telling anyone about it.” Turning I walk off, and hear him sigh, but he doesn’t understand.
So, what, I tell him? He protects me against Joel but then leaves in a month when something better comes along, and then Joel wins. anyway. If not, he will do what my dad would and Joel will be dead. and him locked up for murder, then I will be blamed.
I was stupid and young when I met Joel, I had just gotten into the lifestyle, and that made me a fool and blind. Joel saw that and manipulated it. I signed that contract not even bothering to read it all. Sure I told Joel I had, but I hadn’t.
If I had read, I would have seen the red flags and ran, but I didn’t. While I know it can’t be forced, and he has no power, in his mind me signing that contract made me his for life. I hide under the cover, I need to go back to my dads, I need to face Joel, but then what?
I’m scared that I will make him worse, then what happens? Ivy! She’s only just turning nineteen, and Joel will use her to get to me. I can never win, I should never have come home, if I didn’t, Joel wouldn’t know and he wouldn’t have touched Ivy.
I feel him climb into the bed with me, his arms wrapping around me.

“Sorry baby girl, I’m just worried all these secrets you’re holding will drive you crazy. You can act like you’re fine but I see it. Throughout the day he has a look of pure panic, and worry, and like you’re fighting to live, you shouldn’t need to fight to live.”
