Queena lowered her head angrily yet had no idea why she was mad. She thought she should be happy for keeping her virginity, but Hallet’s look reminded her about that night and how indifferent he had been despite her behavior. To think that nothing had happened only irked her more.

Seeing Haller’s persistence, Queena was ticked off even more. She started shoving the man. “Who let you in? Get out, now!”
With her minuscule strength, Hallet would not budge despite her shoving him all day.

Queena stopped moving at once, and her grievances within were soothed by that hug. Because of the misunderstandings, she thought that Hallet was but an irresponsible scumbag.
Although she kept telling herself that she would never talk to Hallet again, not even if she birthed their child. Even so, deep down, she felt empty and could not feel happy no matter what she did. After their misunderstandings were resolved, she thought maybe she was not attractive enough that Haller had no interest in her.

Closing her eyes, Queena blurted through gritted teeth, “Did you find me unattractive that night that you didn’t make a move on me?
There was a moment of silence in the room.

Stunned, Hallet took some time to realize what had happened. It turned out that Queena had been offended because he had done nothing to her the other night. Had he known it sooner, he would not have had to hold himself back and had so much hard time for days.

Although she was concerned about it all, she became scared when everything she asked for turned into reality, Queena turned her head to dodge Haller’s kisses, but the next second, Hallet pinched her chin, making her face him and locking lips with her once more.
His kiss was deep and flexible enough to force the awkward Queens to shuffle along.
It was when Queen could stand it no more and struggled unconsciously that Haller let go of her and asked hoarsely, “Still going at it, are we?” Frightened, Queena shook her head like a rattle.
Not another peep came from Haller as he buried his head in Queena’s neck to calm down.
Queena, too, lay there quietly, calming herself down. The entire time, her fingers were clasping the sheets.
When Hallet raised his head a second ago, Queena got a clear view of Hallet’s bloodshot eyes shining with desire. In the novels she had read, the state of the male protagonist when they were in love had been embodied before her eyes.
Novels might have made it seem beautiful, but she had been scared out of her wits, especially when she could still feel Hallet’s tensed–up body Queena dared not budge an inch.
After a long time, Hallet finally calmed down. He sat up against the headboard and stared deeply at Queena. “Did you feel it just now! Do you still thunk of yourself as unattractive“”
Queena shook her head without hesitation. Had she still been in doubt and nodded, she could have imagined what would befall her.
