Chapter 346
In the mansion, Luke was about to humiliate Vincent when one of his subordinates walked in. “Mr. Blake, there are some people outside, and they appear hostile.” Screams erupted outside the mansion as soon as the man finished speaking. Fighting broke out soon after, and those inside took up defensive positions.
A sense of unease flashed through Luke’s mind. When he saw Vincent’s calm expression, he understood right away. “You were the one who summoned them.”

Vincent didn’t answer directly but instead advised, “I suggest you leave quickly. Otherwise, you won’t get the chance again.”
Hearing that, Luke burst out laughing, his coarse voice reverberating throughout the mansion. “Do you think I’m afraid of that? Don’t forget that this is my territory.” As he spoke, he motioned for his subordinate to make a call before grabbing the weakened Queena from the ground and pressing a gun against her forehead.
Queena’s face turned pale with fear as she felt the cold barrel against her forehead. Upstairs, Hallet, who had planned to use the chaos to rescue Queena, was forced to hide once more. Luke’s deplorable decision to use Queena as a hostage had foiled Hallet’s plans. Hallet had no choice but to wait for Liam and his team to arrive before coordinating an attack from both inside and outside to catch Luke off guard. Shortly after, Liam and his men stormed into the mansion. In an instant, the living room was crowded with people.
Luke showed no fear. He laughed maniacally while holding Queena in front of him, using her as a shield. “It looks like my living room is not big enough. I’ll have to find a bigger place to host you all next time.”
Ignoring Luke’s madness, Liam approached Vincent and asked, “Are you okay?”
Vincent, who had already been injured in the previous fight, appeared to be in worse condition. However, now was not the time for him to show weakness. He endured the pain and waved his hand. “It’s not fatal. But that jerk is holding Queena as hostage.”

“Leave Queena to me. You take a rest first,” Liam replied. Next, he turned to Luke and mocked, “You want me to apologize to you? I’m afraid you won’t make it through today.” Following that, Liam and his men began to gradually close in on Luke.
With no reinforcements in sight, Luke was forced to retreat upstairs. Liam glanced toward a corner. He had seen Hallet on surveillance footage earlier and had purposefully lured Luke into retreating there. Hallet was hiding in the shadows, his hands sweating from nervousness.
A gun was pointed at Queena’s head, and any misstep could cost her life. Hallet, who was usually carefree and nonchalant, now had a solemn and stern expression. As Luke approached, before anyone could react, Hallet jumped out and dislocated Luke’s arm, causing the gun to fall from his grasp. Then, Hallet swiftly pulled Queena behind him before retreating to Liam’s side.
Luke frowned and looked at his arm before turning to face Hallet, who had appeared unexpectedly. ‘How did he sneak into my mansion undetected?‘ he wondered. He had to take the situation seriously now that he was no longer holding a hostage. In frustration, he closed his eyes and gritted his teeth. “Well done.” He took a deep breath and, despite the discomfort, popped his dislocated shoulder back into position.
He had committed numerous crimes over the years, and dealing with such injuries had become second nature to him. After that, he glanced at the time. It had been a while since he dispatched people to kidnap Mila, so he assumed that they had succeeded by now. Thinking that, he glared at those around him with a ruthless expression. “So what if you rescued Queena? Mila is in my hands now. If anything happens to me, she dies with
me.”
Hearing that, Liam sneered. “Unfortunately, I won’t be intimidated by your threats.” With that, Liam ordered his men, “Tie him up.”
Suddenly, Vincent shouted from downstairs. “Stop! I just got a call from the hotel. Mila was kidnapped at the hotel entrance.”
Liam furrowed his brow as he looked downstairs. “So what? Don’t forget that Queena is suffering today because of that woman. Why are you still letting her control you? This could be another of her tricks.”
Vincent fell silent for a moment, questioning himself internally and wondering if it was as Liam suspected.
Queena, not wanting to put Vincent in a difficult situation, said weakly, “Vince, whatever decision you make, I’ll support you.” Then, she looked at Liam. “Liam, if Cynthia has deceived you, can you really bring yourself to ignore her?”
Liam gave Queena a quick glance without saying anything, but the fact that he holstered his gun made his intentions clear. He narrowed his eyes and stared at Luke with murderous intent. “How about we make a deal? Release Mila, and I’ll let you go.”
“I’m not stupid. If I release her, I’m finished.” Luke checked the time, estimating how long it would be before his reinforcements arrived.
“Do you think I’ll succumb to your threats and comply with your demands? I find it amusing that you think you can use her life as a bargaining chip. She may be your hostage, but are you willing to risk your own life to bring her down with you?” Liam laughed coldly and raised his gun, aiming at Luke. Luke was furious at Liam’s logic, and his eyes were red with rage. Instead of giving in to his threat, Liam threatened him back.
Meanwhile, Cynthia, who was locked in a car, watched the mansion’s surveillance footage with anxiety. They were currently abroad, and if

something went wrong, they might not be able to get away safely. As Cynthia pondered the situation, several cars suddenly roared past. She looked up and noticed a car parked at the mansion’s entrance. Soon after, Mila was pushed out of the car with her hands tied. Several vehicles had stopped behind that car, and a group of armed men emerged.
Cynthia immediately sensed danger. With Mila as Luke’s hostage, Liam and his team might be constrained. Furthermore, Luke’s reinforcements significantly outnumbered them. Feeling the urgency, Cynthia knew she needed to come up with a plan quickly. Suddenly, she thought of Arnis. If she remembered correctly, he lived in that country, and MS Group wielded considerable power there. With that in mind, Cynthia hurriedly took out her phone and called Arnis.
The call was quickly answered. “What’s up, Cynthia?” Arnis asked.
“Arnis, where are you right now? I need your help.” From the moment the call connected, Cynthia went straight to the point.
