Aurora didn’t know how to respond to this. Nor did she see this coming
“Why do you want to get back with me anyway? And what aboukhloe?” Aurora asked.
Damien frowned, “What about her? I am talking about us.”
“Isn’t she the love of your life?” Aurora questioned, “You only married me because I am your mate. Your heart was with Chloe. I thought you were going to marry her right after I was gone.But why didn’t you do it?”

Aurora felt like the fate just played a big joke on her.

The living room was filled with John’s panic cries and Hellen’s desperate walls

“They kicked me out because they are jealous of my talent!” Owen snapped, “I need to join Alpha Damien’s army, the one that is currently training with the other packs, the one that will go fight the rogues one day! I will become a general. I will win Alpha Damien’s trust! And I will definitely bring glory back to this family!”
His firm words made Hellen and Paul’s heart leap a beat.
