Chapter 261 Lost Reproductive Ability
When Lysander hung up the phone, she was filled with anger.
Daphne asked her, “What’s the matter? We’ve won a complete victory this time. I’m not angry anymore, so how come you’re angry again?”
Lysander didn’t know how to explain. She muttered that she was going out to get some food and then quickly took the elevator downstairs.
As soon as she stepped out, she saw Josiah indeed standing at the old spot where he used to pick her up from work.
Beside him was his Rolls-Royce Cullinan, as usual.
She lowered her head, walking briskly past.
Josiah helped her open the car door, indicating her to get in.
Lysander shook her head. “Just say it here. Hurry up.
Josiah lightly chuckled. “Did I really scare you last time?”
Lysander looked around.
Many people in the hospital were aware of her relationship with Josiah.
Lysander caused a commotion at the hospital entrance, and basically, everyone at the hospital knew about it.
Now, if acquaintances saw her talking with Josiah here again, who knew what stories others would concoct about them?
She slightly lowered her head, impatiently saying, “Can we hurry up and talk about the main issue?“
“It’s a bit complicated. It can’t be explained in just one or two sentences.”
“Let’s cut to the chase.”
“I’m not good with words. I can’t make it short.”
Lysander lifted her head to look at him, feeling both angry and anxious. “You’ve really changed a lot recently.”
Before, he would never bicker back and forth with her like this.
Occasionally, when she was temperamental, her speech tended to be rushed. He, on the other hand, was always the emotionally stable one, never anxious or impatient, always calm and composed, unlike
now.
They were hot arguing, per se. However, he was p*ssing her off quite a bit.

Lysander asked, “Don’t bother yourself by coming all the way here if you Ms. Collins pass on the message to me.”
can’t talk properly. Just have
“Ms. Collins is busy.”
“You are the CEO. She is the secretary. Are you telling me she is busier than you?”
Josiah raised an eyebrow, casually saying, “I was a bit heavy-handed that day. It was somewhat. troublesome.”
Lysander knew he was talking about that drunkard.
“Anyway, you have money. Doesn’t it make more sense to just compensate? What’s the trouble?”
“I heard… there are some sequela.”
“What sequela?”
“It seems like…” He leaned slightly closer to her ear, his voice ambiguous. “He’s lost his reproductive ability.”
It took Lysander several seconds to understand what he meant.
She pushed him away in shock. “He’s just trying to deceive you. At most, a bottle thrown at him would. cause a mild concussion. What does it have to do with the lower half of his body?”
Josiah laughed. “Yes, I also feel there’s something amiss. But the other party refuses to let go. Ms. Collins can only play along. Let’s see how the subsequent compensation discussions go.”
“Lysanne’s cousin hit and killed that traffic cop. How you guys discussed it then, discuss it the same
now.”
Josiah suddenly had a glint in his eyes. “Every time we talk, you always mention Lysanne… Do you ca about her so much?”
“I don’t do that.”
“Really?”
Lysander became impatient. “Josiah, aren’t you annoying? You made me come all this way, just to hear you say these pointless things? Are you going to speak or not? If not, I’m leaving
She turned around and was about to leave, when her wrist was suddenly grabbed.
“I speak,” Josiah said gently, pulling her back with ease. He opened the car door again. “In the car,”
“I won’t get inside your car.”
“Not the back seat. You’re getting int
the passenger seat.”
Lysander shook her head.

Lysander looked to his side and, sure enough, she saw two familiar-looking marker
The parking lot was right in front of the hospital building. They both had two cups of latte in their hands, looking Lysander and Josiah’s way.
