Chapter 130 Are You Not Angry
Josiah was thoughtful. Instead of parking in the parking lot, he parked on a remote street.
Following the location he sent, Lysander walked over and searched for a while to no avail. Eventually, the sound of a car horn caught her attention. Following the direction of the sound, she noticed Josiah’s car parked in a very narrow alleyway.
She slowly approached him. “Your reverse driving skills are quite impressive.”
The car was already quite wide, and the alley was narrow. He had to meticulously maneuver the vehicle into the alley, with less than five centimeters to spare on either side.
“There are no surveillance cameras here.”
Lysander was slightly surprised. “Lysanne checks surveillance cameras too?”
“Who knows?” Josiah shrugged. “You know, I feel like I’m doing illegal business every time I go out.”
Lysander just laughed. “Well, at least she won’t keep you hanging this time.”
“Do you think that’s good?”
“I won’t pass judgment, but from my perspective, it seems like you’ve gotten exactly what you asked for.”
Josiah was already accustomed to her teasing.
“You wanted my help. Tell me, what can I do to help you? As long as I can, I’ll do it.”
“It’s about Priscilla.”
Lysander briefly explained Priscilla’s current situation to Josiah.
Josiah’s frown deepened as he listened. “What era are we living in? I can’t believe she’s so outdated.”
Lysander was somewhat helpless. “Priscilla has a soft personality, and with Harry’s mother being so dominant, Priscilla is under a lot of pressure.”
“What do you think?”
Lysander was frank. “From my point of view, I’m actually leaning toward not keeping this child. Given Harry’s character and his mother’s actions, once the child is born, Priscilla might suffer…”
“I disagree,” Josiah said. “I don’t deny that it’s the most rational choice, but it’s not fair to the unborn child. They have the right to come into this world.”
Lysander was interrupted halfway through.
In fact, both of them understood what he meant.
“I’m not fit to be a mother,” Lysander said.
“That’s not what I meant,” Josiah said. “Lysander, can we not talk about this?”
Lysander took a deep breath. “Priscilla wants to keep the baby. She has been begging me.”

“So, did you agree?”
“My agreement doesn’t matter. After all, I’m not a family member. In the end, the decision has to be made by them.”
Josiah nodded slightly. “Okay, I understand. Leave this to me.”
Lysander was surprised. “I haven’t asked you to help yet.”
“You want me to deal with Harry, right?” Josiah asked. “Don’t worry, I will talk to him. If Harry wants to keep it, even if it’s a girl, his mother won’t be able to send Priscilla to Hestrya.”
Hearing his promise, Lysander felt a little relieved.
“Josiah, there’s something else I need to tell you.”
“What is it?”
“Lysanne helped Harry’s mother today. She pressured me to conduct a gender test on Priscilla’s baby.”
Josiah’s brow furrowed instantly. “And you…”
“I doused her.”
Josiah breathed a sigh of relief. “That’s good, it won’t hurt her, but it will teach her a lesson.”
“I didn’t douse her with water. I doused her with urine.”
Lysander observed Josiah’s reaction. He was first surprised, then his expression turned to disgust and revulsion. When his gaze fell on her, it was a mix of disbelief and inquiry.
“Do you want to avenge Lysanne?” Lysander straightened up and added, “Whatever, I don’t care.”
Josiah chuckled. “How do I avenge her? Even if I want to produce some now, my bladder is empty.”
“Aren’t you u
upset that I doused your woman?”
Josiah opened the car door, gesturing for her to get in. “No wonder she kept calling me this morning. So, it was about this…”
“Did she tell you?”
“No, I didn’t. I was in a meeting at the company at that time and couldn’t pick up.”
“Then she’ll probably be even angrier. Aren’t you afraid?”
Josiah’s brows furrowed, but his tone was firm. “Let her be.”
