Chapter 64
Bethany sneered.
She raised her hand and thrust the dagger downwards.
Blood spattered.
George let out a cry of pain. His whole body trembled violently, and his face crumpled into a mask of agony
He would rather die than suffer the horrible pain,
“No! Ah! Please have mercy!” George’s shrill screams filled the basement.
After a long time, his screaming gradually softened, but his face was still twisted, and his body trembled.
His eyes were bloodshot as he glared at Bethany with fury and fear.
He didn’t expect that Bethany, who had always been pliant and cowardly, not only kidnapped him but also hurt him.

She raised her foot with frustration and kicked him hard, where he was still bleeding.
George let out a scream.
Bethany sneered, “You couldn’t control your lower half, right?

After lambasting George, Bethany turned to look at Meghan
Meghan bit her lip. Her face turned pale and her body shook like a leaf.
She was too frightened to make a sound when Bethany was dealing with George for fear that she would suffer as well.
Bethany had turned her attention to her, and she was terrified. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she pleaded, “M–Mom, I was wrong. P–Please don’t hurt me. I’ll obey your every word from now on and serve you like a servant. Please don’t hurt me. I beg you, please don’t hurt me.”
Bethany was unmoved and merely looked at her with a dark face.
She had given Meghan many chances.
She still gave Meghan a chance that night before making her move
However, Meghan was an innate bad seed and a bitch. She had no remorse for her past actions.
If Meghan had a conscience or a sense of shame, she wouldn’t have kept to her old ways after getting caught.

At that time, Meghan couldn’t care less about George. She just wanted to prove her sincerity to Bethany so that Bethany could let her go.
However, Bethany did not waver a single bit.
No matter how sadly Meghan cried or how sincerely she promised, Bethany was unmoved.
Bethany raised the dagger again.
