Samson suddenly crouched down and reached out to grip Meghan’s neck, glaring at her with bloodshot eyes.
He hissed, “To protect you, I got scratched by monkeys and got a high fever. Yet, you ignored me the whole night. The next day, you lied to me, claiming that you saved my life and turned me against my life savior!”
He continued, “I was injured in the river and couldn’t get ashore. Not only did you not care about me, but you also prevented others from helping me. Do you want me to die that much!”
Immense anger instantly washed over him.
He could attribute the drastic change in Meghan’s temperament to her being beaten by Evangeline and facing hardships in the wild, causing significant mental disorders and personality changes.
However, Meghan didn’t care about his life and even wanted him dead.
This unbelievable fact almost shattered him.
He couldn’t believe the sister he had doted on for so many years was a vicious woman…
It seemed that he had never known Meghan.

Samson said, “You stole Evangeline’s credit and pretended to be my savior. Then, you even tried to kill her. You manipulated me, pretending to save my life, and urged me to cover up for you. Samson was blinded by the anger. His grip tightened as he glared at Meghan menacingly.
It seemed like he was really going to strangle Meghan to death
Meghan’s eyes rolled upward, but Samson still refused to let go.

I just want to say that if the Gallagher family is willing to make their own daughter sign a contract for the adopted daughter without considering the harm it might cause Evangeline, it indicates that the entire Gallagher family is not good. Meghan’s hypocritical and mean behavior is directly influenced by your family. It all stems from the Gallagher family’s vicious nature, the reporter remarked.

Samson froze as if he had been struck by lightning. The color drained from his face, and his heart felt empty and desolate.

He had lived with his family for more than 20 years. Though occasional disagreements happened at home, their relationship had always been good, and they presented a united front to the outside world without any issues.
However, when it came to Evangeline, they did seem hostile.
The day Evangéline returned to the Gallagher family, they were happy at first.
However, when Meghan kindly took Evangeline upstairs to her room, the latter deliberately pushed Meghan down the stains.
