Aurora couldn’t stop thinking what Damien said about giving them a second chance.
Truth to be told, she found his proposal ridiculous
Who made Damien think that there was a chance for them to start over?
He also rejected her cold-heartedly when she was in danger.
And she hadn’t even mentioned the cold shoulder that he had been giving her throughout their entire marriage.
She was not a piece of cargo that he could come back to anytime he wanted. She was a human being. She had feelings.

The next morning. Aurora woke up early and headed toward the training field. With Chloe out of her way, she was in a particularly good mood today.
Yet this good mood didn’t last as long as she expected.
There was a large group of people gathered by the entrance of the Silver Blade Pack’s training field when Aurora arrived.
They seemed to be in the middle of a celebration.
“What is the fuzz here?”
Aurora walked over and asked Rivena, who was standing a few feet away from that gathering crowd with a sarcastic look on her face.
“They are celebrating Baron’s return.” Rivena curled her lips with disgust. “What a barefaced jerk. If I were him, I would never return to the public’s sight after that kind of humiliation
“Well, he has a more checky face than the both of us combined, Aurora said.
After that incident with the crazy bears, Baron had been hiding in his house, letting Maxie take care of all the trainings. He didn’t even show up at the party a few days ago.
But Aurora knew that Baron would come back sooner or later. He was still Silver Blade’s Camma, nevertheless.
She looked over and spotted Baron at the center of the crowd.
He had a triumph smile on his face as though he just returned from a battlefield of victory.
“OK, soldiers, I know you all miss me very much.”
Baron spread his arms wide open and announced loudly, “And now that I have come back, I have no doubt that we will crush the other packs at the competition next month. Who is with me!”
His speech won a deafening round of cheering.
“And I want to introduce you to a good friend of mine-”
Baron pulled a man over and let him face the entire crowd.

Chapter 57
-Owen Ravenwood! My new right hand! And he will be resposible for your trainings from now on!”
It was indeed Owen, standing by Baron’s side, waving his hands people and grinning like a fool.
“Christ!” Rivena whispered into Aurora’s car. “Isn’t that the Ravelwood’s second son? What is he doing here? And how did he h**k up with Haron?”
“No idea.”
Aurora’s eyes searched across the crowd sullenly. Then she asked Rivena lowly, “And if Owen becomes the new trainer, what happened to Maxic?”
She didn’t see Maxie anywhere around.
Rivena frowned and she seemed worried as well..
On the other side, Baron had done making his speech He turned and noticed Aurora and Rivena staring at him in the distance.
An evil smile spread on his lips as he paced over.
“What are you looking at, G**a Aurora? Trying to steal our training plan?” Baron said in a cold, drawling voice, “Oh, and Owen, I trust you know Ga**a Aurora personally?”
“Indeed, I do. She is my family’s freeloader.”..
Owen looked down at Aurora with his arms crossed in front of his muscular chest. He seemed like Baron’s large and thuggish crony.
Although he was much taller and larger t
than Aurora was, Aurora was not intimidated by him.
Taking a step closer, Aurora met his eyes and sneered, “How is your family’s tax issue coming along?”

Letting out a deafening roar, Owen reached out his giant hand trying to grab Aurora by her collar.
Aurora stepped sideways, seizing Owen’s arm with both hands, and gave him a nice and clean shoulder throw!
Owen’s body was smashed onto the ground harshly, making a huge noise.
“Well-
Aurora put a foot on Owen’s shoulder, storming hits from getting up, and smiled:

There was a horrific look on Owen’s face.
When did Aurora become this strong?
He thought she was still that weak, little girl, who couldn’t fight back and could only cry and ****b pathetically.

Baron was standing by the side the whole time when this happened. He started to panic when Aurora wrestled Owen to the ground
Although infuriated, he wasn’t going to rush forward and rescue Owen. He didn’t dare to. He knew what Aurora was capable

“What is going on here!” Kaelan dashed over and yelled. “What are you doing to our G*a!”

She let go of Owen’s arm and turned to leave.
Owen quickly scrambled to his feet and stared at Aurora’s back resentfully. He was still furious. But he wasn’t dared to challenge Aurora’s authority again.
Rivena hurried to catch up with Aurora. Hey where are you going? Aren’t you going to the training field today?”
“You are in charge of today’s training” Aurora said briefly. “I need to talk to Alpha Damien about his G**a.”
