Chapter 86
Andrew spoke faintly. “Like you just said, I was seduced by her,” he said.

Meanwhile, Alyssa’s mouth twitched, hearing Andrew’s words, ‘What kind of words is this bastard spouting? He’s making me sound like some seductive temptress. How on earth did I supposedly seduce him?
Even though disgusted, Alyssa knew it was not the right time to speak up. Anything she said now would likely make Cathy think she was bragging, which would only make Cathy despise her more.
So, Alyssa calmly stared at Andrew, silently keeping her thoughts to herself.
Cathy trembled. Andrew had completely deflated her. She could barely open her mouth as she tried, “She…”
“Ms. Carlson, hand the schedule to Ms. Dawson and you may leave,” Andrew cut her.
Shocked, Cathy could not move her body. Her confusion had made her lightheaded.

Simon noticed that Cathy still had not moved and gently called her, “Ms. Carlson?”
Cathy took a deep breath, trying to compose herself before reluctantly handing the folder to Alyssa. “Ms. Dawson, take it,” she said.
Alyssa took the folder, noticing Cathy’s resentful glare and unsteady steps. She then stared at Andrew., “Mr. Coleman, I’m just a secretary. And how exactly did I ‘seduce‘ you? Besides, you just created enemies for me. Are you trying to ruin my reputation?” She uttered.
Andrew raised an eyebrow and gave her a lazy glance. Simon interrupted, “Ms. Dawson, Mr. Coleman was complimenting you, though he’s tarnishing his reputation. His statement earlier means he is praising your beauty, but at the same time, he
himself out to be a weak–minded pervert. So, if you think about it, he’s taken the bigger hit here.”

Alyssa realized there was some truth to it. She looked at Andrew again, noticing he did not seem irritating anymore. Andrew raised his eyebrows and said, “I’m just helping you with your job. You owe me a thank you for this matter. By the way, the secretary should focus on their duties, not on slacking off. Now, report the schedule.”
Before leaving, Simon told Andrew, “Mr. Coleman, all the requested documents are here. I’ll get back to work now.” Then, he turned and walked out.
Then, Alyssa opened the folder and glanced at the schedule Cathy had put together. Her jaw nearly dropped off in shock. She did not expect Andrew’s schedule to be so packed.
There was barely a moment to catch his breath. No wonder Andrew could make Coleman Fashion as renowned as Rivorn Clothing in just over two years.
Alyssa read the schedule carefully bit by bit while Andrew listened slowly without interrupting her.
After reading over the schedule, Andrew said, “You’ll need to accompany me on all these schedules.”
Hearing that, Alyssa only remained silent.
“And don’t forget to plan the schedule arrangement for tomorrow,” Andrew prompted while taking another sip from his cup. “Sort out the documents, then get to work,” he added.
Alyssa silently cursed in her heart. She felt she had taken a stack of work. And now, she was asked to sort all those documents.

She had only been on the job for two days. Most of the time, she was in the design department. She barely had a grasp on things. And now, she was expected to handle such a complicated workload.
It would not be so bad If someone were backing Alyssa up, but she knew there was no one. However, she still felt lucky Cathy had not tried to hurt her.
Sighing, she set the folder aside and quietly began organizing the documents on the coffee table,
Andrew paid her no mind as he focused on his emails.
Once Alyssa finished sorting the documents, she noticed Andrew was deep in concentration, working intently. For a moment, she watched him silently before quietly slipping out of the room.
