Chapter 269
Everyone looked up, including Millie and Marvin.

Jake crossed his arms and looked at Luke. “Luke, I haven’t seen you in a long time, and you’re still as evil
as ever.”
Luke squinted against the light, struggling to see the faces of the two men. Yet, their voices rang incredibly familiar to his ears.
“Mind your own business.” Luke pointed at them.
“Are we not qualified to speak up?” Jake asked indifferently.
Luke smirked. “This is the affair of the WK Club. You’re just an outsider. You shouldn’t interfere.”
Winston chuckled softly and glared at Luke with a sinister glint. He uttered coldly, “What if you’re messing with my people?”
Millie felt overwhelmed when she heard his words. When he was a freshman, she was still in high school. One day, she visited him at university, only to be bullied by a group of jobless hooligans. Winston was also present and stood close.
He smirked and asked, “What if you’re messing with my people?”
Back then, Millie had just experienced love for the first time. At that moment, she decided to spend a lifetime with Winston. He was perfect in high school and university, which was why Millie loved him so deeply.
Luke observed the two men standing before him. Both emanated a powerful presence, particularly the one who was speaking.

He pondered whether Millie was his friend. He hesitated for a moment, then a sudden realization crossed his mind. Could this person possibly be….
Luke pointed at Winston and stammered, “You… You are…”
Winston slipped his hands into his pockets, glancing nonchalantly at Luke.
Luke suddenly kicked Quincy. “You caused this yourself, so go and fix it yourself!”
Quincy was left stunned.
Matt was even more perplexed. “Boss, what do you mean? Who is he?”
Luke said nothing, only locking eyes with Winston and Jake standing in the distance, his heart racing. He kicked Quincy again. “Go on, handle it yourself!”
Quincy was utterly stunned. He gazed at Luke, utterly bewildered. He pondered whether Luke had truly given up on him.
Luke made his way through the crowd and headed straight for the upper stands. He approached Winston and Jake respectfully and addressed them, “It’s been a while, Mr. Greer, Mr. Webson.”
Yet, Winston ignored Luke and fixed his gaze on Millie. Millie didn’t seem pleased despite his help. Her eyes showed no emotion and no hint of gratitude when she looked at him.

Millie averted her gaze and fixed her eyes on Quincy, a hint of cruelty flickering. She instructed with ruthless determination, “Cut it off.”
Her tone was direct and resolute.
Quincy was shaking with fear. He noticed Luke talking to Winston and Jake, completely ignoring him. He was worried that his finger might be cut off.
“Marvin, he’s so hesitant. How about lending him a hand?” Millie asked coldly.
“Okay, boss.” Marvin grinned. He enjoyed committing acts of murder and arson the most.
He approached Quincy, who took a step backward. Marvin firmly grasped his hand and forcefully slapped it against the car.
Quincy exclaimed, “Dude, is this really necessary?”
He continued to struggle. “Please. I think this is not necessary.”
Marvin smiled. “Why not? This is the price you pay for disrespecting women.”
After uttering those words, Marvin used the dagger to sever his finger. A piercing scream filled the air.
The onlookers were taken aback.
Millie watched without blinking. Winston gazed at her and frowned at the sight of her expressionless face. She used to be afraid of bugs, but now…
Marvin picked up the finger, looked at Quincy, and smiled. “I’m so sorry, dude.”
Quincy’s eyes nearly bulged out of his head in shock. Then, Marvin showed the finger at the audience and flung it into the nearby jungle.
