Chapter 172
Winston leaned closer to Millie, intending to help her fasten her seatbelt. However, as he drew near, she grabbed his necktie

Winston froze momentarily as her inscrutable face appeared before him. He couldn’t tell if she was beautiful or ugly. She had dark circles, yet her re. ned doe eyes evoked a sense of vulnerability.
Winston pressed his lips together and heard her ask suggestively. “Are you really not attracted to me?”
Upon hearing those words, his gaze slowly descended from her eyes to her red lips. Glancing downward, he realized Millie’s recent choice of attire was daring, with minimal fabric to conceal her figure.
Winston gulped nervously. For some reason, he moved closer to her lips.
Time seemed to come to a standstill. But just as he was about to kiss Millie, Joanna’s face
flashed in his mind.
Winston abruptly stopped and suddenly turned his head away.
Millie’s lips landed on his neck. They were soft and cool, carrying a temptation that was impossible to resist.
Winston’s heart raced as if he had been electrocuted. He looked up to meet Millie’s eyes. His voice was hoarse as he said, “Millie, I’m Winston.”
Hearing his name caused Millie to sober up. She rubbed her eyes and finally saw the face before her clearly.
The man wasn’t a gigolo. He was indeed Winston.
Millie was speechless, and she swallowed hard. At that moment, her fingers were still gripping his necktie. Their position was undeniably intimate.
Her breathing grew heavier as she stared at Winston’s lips. She felt an overwhelming urge to kiss him. Because he was Winston, she wanted to kiss him even more and to ask him if she
was unworthy of love.
Winston helped Millie fasten her seatbelt. While doing so, he couldn’t help but glance up at
her.
Millie bit her lip. In the next second, she boldly leaned in, ready to kiss him.
The distance between them was only an inch. With one small movement from either of them, they would be kissing.
Winston remained still, his eyes glued to Millie’s lips. He felt his throat burn, and his blood

surged through his veins. She had no idea how alluring she was to him.
“Millie, you’re the one who seduced me first,” he said in a ho se voice.
But all Millie wanted to find out was if she still had any effect on him.
“Mmm!”
Winston kissed her fiercely, his hand on her waist. His kisses were aggressive as he pried apart her lips with no hint of gentleness.
Millie gasped for air. Nevertheless, she allowed his dominance to overwhelm her.
He then unfastened her seatbelt and reclined her seat. Somehow, her body went limp, and her rationality began to slip away under his kisses.
Millie vowed to give in just this once. After all, she had loved him for so many years. Surely doing the deed with him once wasn’t too much to ask?
She wrapped
rarms around Winston’s neck and leaned in to meet his kiss. He was
somewhat taken aback by her kissing skills.
Their conversation from earlier echoed in his mind. Did she have feelings for someone else before she fell for him? Had she truly been intimate with someone else?
Winston felt an inexplicable surge of possessiveness at that thought. He proceeded to kiss Millie with a wild fervor. It was as if he wanted to meld her into his body.
The feeling was peculiar. Winston didn’t love her, yet he yearned to possess her.
