Chapter 200
The paternity test clearly showed a 99% blood relation between Jaden and the newborn. Biologically, it was confirmed that they were father and
“That’s impossible! Kyle’s eyes widened.
Jaden told you personally that this child was his, but you didn’t believe him. Why did you have to believe Frank? Everyone, please be my witnesses. Mr. Palmer has promised in the written form that I will have 5% of the shares if this child is Jaden’s. Mr. Palmer, are you going to go back on your word?” Ella looked at Kyle contemptuously.
Kyle’s face turned pale. He looked around and realized that everyone was looking at him. As the second–in–command, if he went back on his word this time, he would lose all his prestige in Denison Group.
However, 5% of the shares was a large sum. Kyle was in a dilemma.
“Your…your child is already dead. This report is faker”
“I asked your daughter–in–law to complete the test. She managed the entire process. Would she lie to you?”
Kyle was rendered speechless.

“Elli, what do you want?” He was exasperated.
“Mr. Palmer, are you getting forgetful? I’ve said it so clearly. Don’t you understand? I want the 5% shares!” Ella looked at him coldly. There was no warmth on her beautiful face
“Mr. Palmer, if you refuse to admit it, I’ll get the media to report how thick–skinned you are. When I was pregnant and my husband was in trouble and couldn’t manage the company, you were aggressive and asked me to do an amniocentesis. Now that the child is born, you refuse to admit it Mr. Palmer, shame on you. You’re bullying the weak and taking advantage of your seniority. You’re really good at it!”
Ella’s words were sharp and merciless. She was here to embarrass Kyle, holding onto grudges and remembering who had wronged her. Driven by a sense of revenge, she was determined not to let anyone who had made things difficult for her escape unscathed.
“It’s just J of the shares! I can afford it. Why are you so arrogant? Ella, do you know why your son died? Because he was unlucky to be your child You have no respect for your elders. You are so selfish and brought ill luck to everyone around you..”
“How dare you” Ella suddenly stood up and looked at him forcefully. “Are you talking about my son‘ He is also Jaden’s son! You have to think carefully.”
When kyle heard this, he shut his mouth resentfully, not daring to offend Jaden,
He had no choice but to sign the share transfer document. Ella received the document and instructed her secretary to contact Jaden, intending to resell the shares. She was indifferent to the Denison Group’s shares and she only wanted money.
Jaden did not delay. He decisively gave Ella the money, and the price was much higher than the market value.
The news of their son’s death and divorce was repeatedly reported by the media.
Jaden retreated from the public eye, while Ella embraced it, attending various events and navigating the business world with case. No longer the simple girl she once was, she had grown to master the art of politeness and compliance she previously despised,
Jady Studio had worked for Denison Group for free for three years, and it had finally returned to her. Ella still loved design and opened a subsidiary to develop Jady Studio
Vale became her right–hand man, becoming the top fashion designer in the country in three years.
Chase remained in Denison Group. Other than the fact that he was still fickle in love, his workability was impeccable. Now, he had become the second–in–command of Denison Group, a vice–president.
Ella offered Yolanda a high salary, but Yolanda declined, feeling that jaden owed Ella and wanting to protect her on her brother’s behalf. Determined to work without a monthly salary, Yolanda remained in the finance department, holding the same position for the past three years. Despite her long tenure, she had no direct superior and reported directly to Ella regarding her work.
The only constant was Denison Group, which remained firmly in the first place and controlled the economic lifeline of Andbert City. Over the past few years, it expanded significantly and began developing its business overseas, Willow Group’s collaboration with state–owned heavy industries had become more advanced, setting it apart from ordinary companies. Any group could fall, but not Denison Group.

However, the development of Willow Group in recent years was impressive. While it couldn’t match Denison Group’s scale, it rivaled its prosperity
past
Ella remained Ardbert City’s most domineering and arrogant rich lady, unwelcome in high–society circles where she was seen as a thom. She, in
turn, had little desire to associate with the hypocritical socialites.
She preferred money. Earning money was all she wanted.
On Friday, for the 100th anniversary of Ardbert University, the institution extended a warm invitation to Ella for the ceremony. The tutor who had once denied her graduation now bowed in respect, inviting her back as an “outstanding graduate to participate in the celebration
Ella accepted the invitation because the on–campus job fair was about to begin. She intended to bring Yale along to scout for talent, viewing it as an opportunity to act proactively.
Ardbert University even prepared a speech draft for her, and she handed it off to Yale. As a graduate of Ardbert University too. Yale was now qualified to deliver a speech.
Yale drove Ella to Ardbert University. Halfway through, she received a call from Jenny.
“Mama, did you miss me” A sweet sound came from the other end
When Ella heard this, her heart nearly melted. Her baby son, Evvo, was now three years old. Three years ago, he managed to survive.
“Of course I do. I’ll come to see you at the end of the month after I’m done with my work.”
“Okay, I will be a good boy and wait for you!”
“Evvo, give the phone to Godma. I’d like to talk to her,”
Evvo handed the phone to Jenny. Ella and Jenny first discussed work and then talked about the anniversary celebration.
Jenny joked, “There will be many young boys at the anniversary ceremony, all vibrant and full of life. Are you going to drool when you see them? Ella realized she was already 27 years old this year. Compared to the juniors who had just graduated, wasn’t she old enough for them?
“I think it’s not bad to date with young boys; Ella said casually.
Jenny teased, “Then do it. Didn’t you go to great lengths to ruin your reputation over the past few years to keep men at a distance? Don’t tell me you have had no contact with Jaden at all”
When Ella suddenly heard that familiar yet strange name, her mind went blank for a while.
It had been three years… They hadn’t seen each other for three whole years. They had avoided not only meeting in person but also any form of contact, Jaden made no effort to hold her back and never appeared at any events she attended. They had successfully managed to completely avoid interacting with each other.
Ella was very satisfied with this. There was nothing more to say between her and Jaden. Yet, hearing his name suddenly made her heart hurt
She hurriedly hid her true feelings. “Isn’t it normal? Don’t mention hun, especially when Evvo is around
“I know! Have fun tonight”
After hanging up, Ella sank into her thoughts, wondering, “Why did she have to mention Jaden‘
Soon, the car arrived at Ardbert University. Ella adjusted her mood.
“Look, look, it’s Ella!” The music hall, already bustling with people, grew even noisier,
At the end of the hall, a man in a suit slipped into the shadows. His intense gaze cut through the crowd, fixating on the entrance.
The spotlights converged and illuminated Ella’s graceful figure. She was clad in a tight red velvet dress, her black, curly hair styled with one side draped across her chest. The simple pearl earrings and necklace complemented her look perfectly. With a touch of makeup enhancing her features, she looked absolutely stunning. She smiled politely as she took her seat and began to chat with the school board officers.
Ella radiated the allure of a mature woman, as flamboyant as a passionate rope. Those students, mesmerized by her presence, found themselves unable to look away, their breaths held in awe. Regardless of age or gender, everyone was captivated by her. Her unmatched grace and pure beauty were presless.
