I watch as they sit around Dean. The hushed voices around us of people talking, I can feel eyes on us from every angle.
“Okay, what do you want?” Dean looks at them waiting. His eyes. constantly glaring at me.
“We want Daisy.” Demitri states like it is nothing. I hear Dean laugh.
“Fuck off.”
“I don’t like being told no, and you’re saying no Dean, that won’t end well.” Demitri looks at him waiting.

“Dean, you’re not understanding. She is for sale, whether now or in six hours after you lose fingers she is for sale!” Calix looks at him, clearly frustrated
“No, I won’t be bullied.” His words are loud, and everyone is now watching, I feel Demitri move me, I look at him confused as they all stand. Dean stays sitting.
“Every time you refuse the price will go down Dean, consider that. If you want us to force you to, fine, but then you will be signing her over for free!” Marcello looks at him waiting.
“You’re not having her, I would rather kill her first.” My eyes widen at Dean’s words, but the shock from his words doesn’t last long as I watch Demitri grab and throw him against the floor, his fists hitting him.

I feel like I should stop him.
“Well, he’s dead.” Calix sighs and leaves Demitri. Moving I walk to Demitri, my hand pushing against his shoulder so he looks at me. His fists are no longer moving.
“He needs to be alive and able to see to sign.” I smile at Demitri. Calix and Marcello stare at us shocked.
“He stopped?” Calix looks towards us confused.
“Now will you?” Demitri looks at Dean as he struggles to get up. Demitri moving and kicking him back down. “Don’t get up until you agree.”
“Fine, I will sell her to you.” Dean’s words are quiet, Demitri sits down and pulls me with him. I watch as Calix and Marcello sit, Dean standing and looking at them before sitting at the table.
“Be glad I stopped. You broke the rules of our city, I should have broken your legs the first day.” Demitri’s words are cold.
“Fine, I get it. I agree, I will leave your fucking city.”
“Oh no you won’t, you won’t get out of this city, how much do you want?” Calix looks at him.
“Have her, if you let me leave you can have her for free.” Dean keeps his head down..
Calix laughs. “Look, price as you’re not using her to get out of the city. I will let you out, in time. Now how much?”

“Not now little birdie, let him finish.” Demitri smiles at me, and I watch as Dean signs, Marcello moves and hands over the money.
Dean goes to stand, but Marcello stops him.
“Rules Dean, we don’t allow people to sell women for sex, women own their own bodies in the city, if we find you trying to sell any woman. for sex again you will lose your eyes.” Marcello’s words are cruel and I

Turning I look at Calix shocked.
“This is our city puddin. Wherever he spends the money most will end up back in our pockets anyway, now let’s get home.” Calix stands and walks out with Marcello following, moving I look at Demitri confused.

a few men standing around, and a guy sitting waiting. I look at Demitri but he shakes his head.
Walking into a room, Calix pushes me into a seat.
“Stay!” His command has me nod. I watch them walk out, I can see them talking, most of the rooms are glass. I watch as they walk through and disappear behind a door into a room with walls. Sitting I watch, I look towards the other guys, and a few minutes pass as one of them looks at their phone.
The guy sitting jumps up and runs for the exit one of them pulling him back in and dragging him to the same room the brothers disappeared into. His screams get louder as he fights to try to escape them.
Paul? I think about it, didn’t they mention offices and Paul was waiting? Or was it Wayne? Either way, I feel like he is dead. He certainly didn’t want to end up in that room. Sitting ten minutes pass and I get bored, moving I look around the room I am in. Everything is empty, so I am guessing it is an unused office. I find myself distracted, trying to work out this place, there isn’t anyone around, not that I can see, then again there are a lot of levels, and we came to the top.
I feel like walking around the rooms and searching but I won’t.
“Hello, cub.” I turn and face Marcello.
“What is happening?”
He looks at me amused as he sits down with a glass.
“Nothing fun. We will be leaving in two minutes, got a place to visit briefly before going home.” He walks to the door, holding it open for me. “You’re coming with us this time, not Demitri.”
