I watch as Elon is escorted out, my arms wrapped around Clara, while Eros stays sitting beside me. It’s over. I turn and smile at Clara; the past three months were hard for her.
They had video evidence and the contracts, but they still put her on the stand to speak out. She did it, however, all while keeping her head up and her eyes on him.
That was Eros. He told her to look at him when she spoke so he would know he didn’t win and break her. Sure, for years, he might have controlled and used her, but today, he proved she won.
She turns and smiles at me.
“Thank you, both you and Eros. Without you, I wouldn’t have walked away from Elon,” she says, and I nod.
“No thanks needed. I’ve said from the beginning that we women in the business need to stand up for each other and defend each other.” I have. always said it. Sure, I was the main one doing it, but that was because everyone else was too scared.
I had the advantage, I was Bunny Wild and made Elon a lot, so me standing up and defending women wouldn’t have my work cut, but others, like Clara? Elon would have ripped away their lifeline and not given them work.
“I wonder how long he will get for the other charges next week?” She looks at me. She means the charges from work, from the women who spoke up about him abusing and blackmailing them.
“Let’s be honest. If it is only five years, it’s better than nothing. He’s fifty. The sentence for all the things against you means he won’t get out until he’s eighty–nine.” I reply. He won’t hurt anyone ever again.
“Let’s go. You have your wedding things to sort for tomorrow, which is why I said I would come alone,” Clara explains. She stands, and we walk out. Getting outside, Clara smiles.
“I’ll wait in the car for you so you two can say bye,” she smiles and walks off. Turning, I look at Eros.
“Don’t enjoy your night of freedom away from me too much,” he whispers, and I laugh. He pulls me closer and rests his head on my shoulder. His fingers gently stroke along my back.
“I love you, but please don’t get drunk and end up on a container ship to China,” I say, and he laughs.
“John has been told there will be no heavy drinking or pranks. It will be a quiet and calm night for one of us, but not you, considering my sister is involved.”
His words have me smiling a lot.
Chapter 150
“Your sister isn’t bad. It’s your mother who had most of the ideas for tonight,” I explain. When it came to planning tonight, I thought Clara and Kacy would do something crazy, but no, it was his mum. She booked strippers, his mother!
His hand tangles into my hair and pulls my head back. “Don’t run off with a stripper, please,” he whispers, his voice barely audible, and I smile.
“I’ll try, but we all know I’m a little wild, Sir, and don’t follow orders,” I say while smirking, and he chuckles. His body pushes closer to mine.
“You do, baby. You follow mine perfectly fucking fine. Just make sure you’re there tomorrow on time,” he says, and I nod, seeing the worry in his eyes.
“I would never have agreed to marry you Eros just to run away at the last minute, I swear I will be there,” I reply and he relaxes.
“You could just hire me as a stripper, and then I have an excuse to see you tonight,” he says with a smirk, and I laugh.
“Your mother and sister are going to be there watching, remember that?” I ask, and he groans before nodding.
“Come on! We’re late. Put her down,” Clara shouts from the car, making me sigh. She’s right, though.
“See you tomorrow, Sir. I’ll be the one in white.”
Chapter 160
“I want to say I would rather you were naked, but considering how many people are there, I won’t,” he laughs and kisses me, pulling my body closer to his. “I love you,” he whispers, and I settle against his body.
“Gail said if you don’t release her right now, she will come here and teach you a lesson, Eros!” Clara shouted as he stepped back and walked off. I pouted slightly, walked to the car, and got in with Clara,
“Party time!” she squeals and hugs me. My head tilts, and she laughs. “Okay, it’s still party time; you just can’t drink,” she says while laughing.
No drinking for me, which sucks.
“When are you telling Eros?” she asks, and I shrug.
“Not until after tomorrow.” I want our wedding night to be real, not him thinking that because I’m pregnant, he can’t fuck me like he normally would. So the day after, that is when I will tell him.
I found out two days ago I was pregnant. I stopped contraception two months ago, and we both agreed to think it would take months, but apparently, it happened quickly.
“I’m still confused by how I am pregnant so quickly.” I say while laughing.
Chapter 160
“Because you two are like Bonobo monkeys, always at it.” Clara states, and I laugh.
“We’re not that bad.” I argue, and she looks at me like I’m crazy.
“No, that’s why you fucked twice today already,” she laughs, and maybe she is right? I woke before Eros, and when he woke, he came out and dragged me back to the bedroom. Then, an hour before we needed to leave for court, I taunted him, and he dragged me back into the room again.
Okay, so we do have sex a lot, but still, it was quick.
